If you did and have forgotten me,

So I’ll not remember you and get you off my mind,

I always remember you,

Is it over? Is all gone?

You seem Like it never happened,

Seems like a dream I had yesterday

I was ok, my life was fun, my life was good, and there was no vacuum

There is now, there’s a space now,

I need to know why it happened,

I need to know how it happened,

I need to know when it happened,

I just can’t figure out where it happened either

I know you don’t feel the same way,

I know you aren’t going insane,

I know you aren’t hurting,

My brains can’t measure either can my mind take it,

My heart is broken but beating remembering the love we shared,

Did you forget?

Tell me now I want to know

so I’m not stacked up fantasizing about you and also not to remember you.

Memories of us still throw tantrums at me.

If I were told you would leave in a blink I wouldn’t believe,

If I were told you would be forgetting me this easily I wouldn’t have believed.

I believed and trusted you but you left me in the dark, you left me so broken

I’m used to being left in the dark because I was waiting and hoping you’d reach out to me

I don’t know whether remembering you is worth it

If you did forget then I guess I should too

I try each day and I just can’t forget you.

One thing I learned in life, never sacrifice your happiness in making others happy,

Not for silver and neither for gold.
