( votes)The people we call friends mostly ain’t our real friends,
Our real friends are those who pray for us in secret,
Defend us when someone tries to tarnish our reputation,
With us in trial times and wish us to speed in recovery in times of ailment.
When broken, they also wish we never post on any social media platform of we being sick or about our predicaments,
They always want to see us strong and happy, fit as a fiddle.
All we must bear in mind, never to entertain fake people
Who would always show their teeth claiming they love us and are happy for us, In times of success when what they truly feel is envy, hate, and jealousy.
We must also be on the lookout for these fake friends
They ain’t in for anything good but our ruin and destruction.
Fake friends look real, they are the true definition of hypocrisy.
Save yourself from stress, headache, and heartache.
We ain’t worth the pain, deceit, hurting, and broken esteem.
Never force yourself to be loved and known by everyone,
Don’t change the wrong reasons to appease someone in hopes that they will like you,
Never be hungry for love, or even desperate for it.
Never feel victimized by a friend, or a lover when treated poorly or unfairly.
The tendency to blame some is easy and common,
Portray yourself out to be the innocent one seeking out particular people who will sincerely be there,
You can never accept being treated in a way less than you deserve knowing your value.
If they judge you for who you are, they aren’t your fit.
And if you find someone to love the “you’’, you love, well, that’s just fabulous.
Learn not to depend solely on people around you, trust your will power and instincts.
Finally, wake up and realize that the most important relationship is the one with yourself.
